Which therapy do I need?


You may know exactly what you want, or you may be thinking "but I need them all?". A very rudimentary way of working it out would be to consider how much of the past you want to explore, and how focused you are on the future. If we are exploring past experiences and trying to unpick the impact they've had on your life, then counselling is probably the best option for you. If you want to "get on with it" and focus on your goals - whilst still exploring the elements of the past that are blocking you - then coaching might be the way forward. 


Often my clients find coaching useful towards the end of counselling; using counselling to understand how their thoughts and behaviours have been affected by past difficulties, and coaching to help them implement change.


We can work out what's best together during our assessment, so no need to worry if you're not sure just yet.

Menopause Wellness Workshops

Perimenopause/Menopause is my passion. Having started my journey as a perimenopausal woman, and encountering all the hurdles on the way, it has become very important to me to help other woman facing the same challenges. Our hormonal changes affect our brains, bodies, relationships, self-esteem and confidence. It can have a huge impact on our lives.


I have delivered sessions to hard-to-reach community groups outlining what menopause is, symptoms, effects on mental health, services available and treatment options. I cannot diagnose or advise, but I can educate, guide and support those who might be struggling to access services or information.
